Well, I been watching what I eat and exercising regularly for about a week. I’ve lost 3 lbs and am able to get into a smaller size pant….and zip it up. I’m rather excited about that.
Seeing progress is definitely motivation to continue, but my glucose isn’t coming down like I thought it would. I know it’s early and I’ve only lost some water weight.
I love backonpointe and blogilates. My elliptical has been my best friend this past week…I hope it is a long and happy relationship.
